For Protopasta Black PETG, we minimize processing and ingredients, without sacrificing quality, for an exceptional value. There's nothing basic about the care and consideration this material is made with.

PETG is quite easy to print with bed temperatures from 70+ C and nozzle temps 235+ C. Higher nozzle temps improve layer adhesion, but risk overheating when printing too slow. We print up to 275 C, but 255 C is a good compromise. Start with a Generic PETG profile and adjust if/as needed.

Like other PETGs, material can stick to the nozzle. Drying may not resolve this completely. In this case, consider reducing the flow rate to less than 100% to reduce buildup. Further, you might add a nozzle wipe at layer change with custom gcode.
