Purchasing & Fulfillment:
All orders require pre-payment unless otherwise arranged and orders already in transit can not be cancelled or modified. Protoplant makes a best effort to maintain stock and fulfill orders as they are placed. In stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery depends on method and location.
Domestic (US) orders shipped USPS Priority Mail should arrive in 1-3 days of shipment. Our lightweight, economy service uses USPS First Class Mail which requires as much as 1 week for transit from time of shipment. UPS service is also available.
INTERNATIONAL orders - Depending on your local government rules, additional TAXES, DUTIES, and IMPORT FEES are likely required to receive your shipment. It's up to you to understand and pay these additional costs. DHL or UPS shipment is recommended for most reliable shipping. Transit is typically 1-3 days with DHL anywhere in the world (with transit up to a week including customs). USPS First Class International can take as much as 1-2 months for for transit, while UPS and USPS Priority Packages typically take 1-2 weeks (plus customs).
These are not guaranteed, but typical times. If your shipment timing is critical, please closely review carrier provided details regarding a chosen service and contact us through order notes and follow-up with us to ensure your timing can be met.
If you require alternate shipping arrangements, please contact us. Additional shipping charges may apply. Larger resale orders may take 1-2 weeks to fulfill in addition to transit time of chosen method.

At ProtoPlant's discretion, returns and replacements will be accepted within 90 days of purchase. Please check the material label before opening your product. Only sealed product can be returned. Shipping of items for exchange or refund is paid by the customer. Contact Protoplant at firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping any returns to obtain an RMA number. ProtoPlant will pay shipping to return and/or replace product with manufacturing defects or not matching your order.
If you ordered the wrong items by mistake and need refund or replacement, please first contact us at email@example.com.
If you are having printing or compatibility issues, please contact our support firstname.lastname@example.org. ProtoPlant does not warrant compatibility with any specific hardware, though we will do our best to support you in making the filament work on your machine.
