Purchasing & Fulfillment:

All orders are pre-payed and orders already in transit can not be cancelled or modified. ProtoPlant will make its best effort to maintain stock and fulfill orders as they are placed.  In stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days.  Delivery depends on method and location.

Domestic (US) orders shipped USPS Priority Mail should arrive in 1-3 days of shipment. This is our expedited service. Our lightweight, economy service uses USPS First Class Mail which requires as much as 1 week for transit from time of shipment. Larger orders are typically sent UPS ground.

For International orders, DHL is recommended. DHL transit is only 1-3 days anywhere in the world with most packages arriving within 1 week after customs.  USPS First Class International can take 1-2 months to arrive, while USPS Priority Packages will take 1-2 weeks but is less reliable than DHL.

At ProtoPlant's discretion, returns and replacements will be accepted.  Please check the material label before opening your product.  Only sealed product can be returned.  ProtoPlant will pay shipping to return and/or replace product with manufacturing defects or not matching your order.

ProtoPlant does not warrant compatibility with any specific hardware, though we will do our best to support you in making the filament work on your machine.
